Placing An Order

CJP Nail Systems products and goods are designed for the sole purpose of supplying fully qualified and trained Nail technicians or nail technicians that are enrolled on an accredited nail course.

CJP Nail Systems will be delighted to receive any Order. CJP do not have a minimum order amount to enable you to buy from CJP Nail Systems.

It is a condition of sale that legal ownership of all goods does not pass from CJP Nail Systems until full payment has been received in full.

Please ensure a valid telephone number is provided with your order. This will enable us to contact you if the need arises. Not supplying a valid phone number may result in a delay in dispatching your order if we need to contact you regarding your order.

CJP Nail Systems reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time and that decision is final.

Our Products may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold or re-sold or otherwise exploited without prior written consent from CJP Nail Systems.

Pigment Colours

Please be aware that images shown on screen may vary from person to person due to different VDU screens and pixels, whilst we try to ensure colour consistency is kept the same from batch to batch please understand colours may vary slightly as we use pure pigments and if the batch is different slight changes may occur, this is a common side effect of pure pigments and is totally out of our control.

Colour Groups

CJP has organised colour groups in certain categories on the website to make it easy for customers to find what they are looking for and offer different options. The Colour groups are not exact and are only a guide. Many of our products contain numerous amounts of glitters and pigments which make it nearly impossible to place in one specific colour group.

Payment

Payment is taken over a secure connection and cannot be viewed by anyone else on the web. CJP do not store card details on our website/App.

Website users are responsible for maintaining and protecting their confidentially of their online account and login security.

Shipping Policy

Please note that CJP Nail Systems will do our absolute best to dispatch your order the next day if you order is placed before 3:00 pm Monday to Thursday. If your order is placed on a Friday after 2:00 pm please expect your order to be delivered on the following Monday as the courier service doesn't deliver over the weekend. If your order contains any product from our clothing lines your order could take up to 7- 10 days to be dispatched and delivered

CJP Nail Systems do not use a weekend delivery service due to the high shipping costs. If your order is placed on a Friday your order may be delivered on a Saturday at the couriers discretion depending on how busy they are.

Once you order has been dispatched you should receive two confirmation emails or text messages. Firstly to say your order has been printed and packed and is waiting to be collected by our courier. A second email or text message from our courier giving you more detailed information when your order will be delivered.

All at CJP believe in great customer service so we will do our absolute best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. However, at peak times and depending on what day/time your order has been placed please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be dispatched for delivery.

If our courier tries to deliver your order and no one is available to sign for the delivery after you have received your confirmation email, the courier will try two further attempts before returning your order back to us.

The courier may try to contact you to arrange delivery so please make sure you input the correct email address and contact phone number so this can be done.

If you know you have missed your delivery, please try to contact the courier to arrange collection or re delivery of your order.

If your order is returned to us by the courier due to the fact you have missed your delivery by the courier or no one is able to sign for your deliver, further charges will be incurred. The courier will then charge CJP Nail systems Ltd a return charge to ship your order back to us. Another charge will then be charged to CJP Nail systems to re deliver your order. CJP Nail Systems Ltd will take no responsibility for missed deliveries, returns and redeliver charges that the courier pass on to CJP Nail Systems Ltd. It will be soley the responsibility of the customer who placed the order. Alternatively you can cancel your order and a refund will be provided minus the courier charges that CJP Nail systems has been charged for attempted delivery and return charges of your order. CJP Nail systems recognises this is not an ideal situation but unfortunately this will cover the cost that CJP Nail systems will be charged again to redeliver your order by the courier.

Delivery Charges

FREE delivery options are available when certain criteria’s are met. For example mainland UK orders where postcodes are not classed as remote areas by the couriers. For full delivery charges please see our Shipping page

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please Check our International Shipping page to check if we can send our full products range to your destination.

Due to Carrier restrictions we cannot offer our full range of products to some destinations and if we receive an order where the items are prohibited to transport, the items will be refunded and not sent with your order.

CJP Is constantly working to find new ways to ship our full product range to as many destinations as required by our customers whilst trying to keep our shipping costs as low as possible.

Duties and Charges.

Please note it is the responsibly of the Receiver’s to pay the duties and taxes and/or any other charges if they are applicable.

CJP Nail Systems will not be held responsible if any duty or taxes are not paid by the receiver and the consignment is refused/held or destroyed at customs.

No refund will be offered.

Please Make sure you enter a contact telephone number so the delivery company can contact you, if they must regarding your order. CJP will not use your phone number in any other way than to contact you regarding your delivery as a last resort.

Special offers on this site cannot be used in conjunction with any online discount which may be available at the time.

CJP Reward Points Scheme

When purchasing our products via our website all products purchased will include Reward Points. The higher the purchase price the more reward points are rewarded. Reward points are calculated on GBP (Great British Pounds) not on any other currency that is available on the site

Once Reward Points have been accumulated by placing an initial order on the website Reward Points are then free to use as a payment method or reducing the cost of the order total.

This is a UK site, and the laws of the United Kingdom govern any contract made by a user of this site. You hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction of the English court in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website.

All prices shown on this Website are exclusive of VAT and VAT will be added at checkout.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of order CJP Nail Systems reserves the right to apply a handling charge when an order is cancelled. Cancellation after dispatch cannot be accepted.

Returns

Goods are not offered on a sales or return basis.

The returning of goods to us will be entirely your responsibility. We will not be held responsible for missing parcels that you are returning to us via royal mail or any other courier service.

CJP strongly suggest that when returning goods that a signed for services is used which will protect you as the shipper and CJP Nail Systems Ltd as the receiver. This is will help protect against items that may get lost or damaged in transit.

Returns will be only accepted if prior written notice has been obtained and confirmed before items are sent to CJP and received.

We will only accept products back on the condition that the product(s) being returned are in a perfect condition for re-sale.

We cannot accept any returns on products unless the seal is still intact. Due to the fact that products will no longer be sterile and may be subject to cross contamination.

We will not accept goods that seem to have been deliberately damaged or tampered with in any way.

Please note we only guarantee our brushes for seven days after purchase due to the fact of cross contamination, providing the issue in a product fault not user error.

Refunds

Once a refund has been agreed by CJP Nail Systems by written consent. CJP Nail Systems will be prompt to issue a refund. Refunds may take between 7-10 working days due to the banking system and is out of CJP Nail Systems control.

Backorders

Goods are subject to availability and any item which is out of stock but where payment has been received, will be sent out as soon as the item becomes available.

If you are not happy with this, the backorder can be cancelled and a refund for the product will be offered.

Guarantee

All items are guaranteed according to the manufacturer’s warranty.

Force Majeure

The seller shall be entitled to cancel or delay orders if it is delayed, hindered or prevented from delivery through circumstances beyond its control. Such circumstances shall include (but are not limited to) industrial action, accident, fire, Act of God or failure to delivery by supplier or courier.

Missing Or Damaged Goods

Claims for missing or damaged goods will not be accepted unless the company is advised within 48 hours of receipt of goods. CJP Nail Systems will not consider any claims made outside of the stated notification period.

Faulty goods must be returned to CJP Nail Systems for inspection so a report to the manufacturer or supplier can be made. If returning faulty goods customers must inform us by email prior to returning the goods

Liability claims

CJP Nail Systems total liability for any claim however arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied. CJP Nail Systems will not be liable for any consequential loss for anything .

Your statutory rights are not affected.

E & OE

Any typographical, clerical, other omissions or errors however made, in any of CJP Nail Systems literature, quotations, price lists, invoices or any other documents or information supplied by the company shall be subject to correction without any liability on the company's part.

CJP Nail Systems Limited are subject to copyright/trademarks and no logos or images shall be shared without prior consent.
